1. What is the cost for the association?
There is NO cost to the association for this service. We do all the work before, during and after the show.
2. Why should I offer this service?
This is a value added service for your vendors. Their goal in exhibiting at your show is to get good leads for their products and/or services. Our service allows them to easily collect leads without having to handle numerous business cards or hand-written notes.
3. Is there anything the association has to do or provide?
There are only a few items we ask of the association:
- a. Provide us space at your show to provide the service (usually at your onsite registration desk).
- b. Include our signup sheet in your exhibitor information package and in your communication with vendors. Provide us with your vendor list and contact information.
- c. Include our bar code on your badges. We'll even give you the software to do it! It works with Crystal Reports, Word or Access.
- d. Provide us with an Excel or Access file of your attendees with the unique ID used on the badge bar code.
4. I'd like a reference from an association and some vendors.
No problem. Just email me your request and I'll send you the reference(s) you need.
